Including (as necessary) end adjustment and inspection of sensitive components (e.g. adjustment of laser and camera optics for sequencers, measurement of flow-rates and alignment of dispenser positions for sythesizers). A final thorough equipment test gives you the conclusive peace of mind that the equipment is performing as it should.
  
  
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): You generally look after your own equipment and typically only call in external help for essential repairs, but feel that your sequencer or sythesizer really needs a service? We can give your equipment a thorough check-up, replace worn parts, calibrate and thoroughly test it. We may not go quite into the level of detail as for our reconditioned equipment for resale, however you can expect a more thorough level of service than that offered by many original manufacturers.
  
  
• Relocation: Your equipment needs to move? We offer support in disassembly, packing, transport, unpacking and reinstallation of the equipment at its new location, along with end adjustment and inspection.
  
  
• Instruction and schooling about the equipment and its application and analysing software: We offer the full range of support from initial introduction to expert training - including user training certificates for your quality management system. Get to know new features and optimize the use of your equipment including sample preparation and processing. Break new ground with our suppport.
  
  
• Essential repairs: We repair all our equipment types regardless of the defect. We typically have all necessary replacement and expendable parts in stock. Should this not be the case, we will pull out all the stops to help you as fast as possible. You can expect a repair appointment within a few days, and we promise to get back to our service contract customers the same or next day to establish an exact diagnosis and arrange an appointment (so long as we ourselves are not away on business for a longer period).

• Software and PC / MAC: Is your PC or MAC not quite the way you want it any more? We also repair the computers working with your equipment, (re)install the equipment software and incoroporate your requirements in the fine tuning of the program. Has your PC or MAC slowed down? We offer PCs and MACs optimised for your daily operations.
  
  
• Exchange equipment: Perhaps you have an unused piece of equipment hanging around which has been faulty for quite some time. You'd really like to bring it back into production again, but something in mint condition would be even better. Ask us about options to exchange your faulty equipment for a reconditioned, good as new one.
  
  
• Software and equipment upgrades: Capacity upgrades for ABI 391 / 392 synthesizers, Tritylmonitor upgrade, extension of capacity for ABI 3100-Avant / ABI 3130 sequencers, update of equipment software, well thought out modifications to your equipment and much more! • Sale of used equipment: You probably won't notice any difference between our reconditioned lab equipment and new machines - other than that the communcation PC is perhaps a little more user-friendly, or that some other sensible extension to the basic configuration has been included. All our reconditioned equipment comes with our guarantee and special conditions on subsequent service contract - because we know what's in our machines.
